NOMOGRAMS FOR PREDICTING SURVIVAL OF GBM PATIENTS

By using this calculator you agree with the following License and Diclaimer

The provided programs implements the EORTC Scoring System for newly diagnosed Glioblastoma as published in the paper:

Gorlia T, van den Bent MJ, Hegi ME, Mirimanoff RO, Weller M, Cairncross JG, Eisenhauer E, Belanger K, Brandes AA, Allgeier A, Lacombe D, Stupp R. Nomograms for predicting survival of patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma: prognostic factor analysis of EORTC and NCIC trial 26981-22981/CE.3.

Lancet Oncol. 2007 Dec 12

They allow the user to estimate the median survival and the probability of survival at 2 years in patients with newly diagnosed Glioblastoma based on 7different prognostic factors: Therapy administered, Age, Extent of surgery, Mini Mental Score Examination, Administration of corticosteroids, WHO Performance Status, MGMT promoter methylation status

Please select one of the models

  • Model1 : In the general GBM population
  • Model2 : In patients treated by RT/TMZ (MGMT methylation status unavailable)
  • Model3 : In patients with partial or total resection and treated by RT/TMZ (MGMT methylation status available)
