The EORTC-NCI-ASCO Annual Meeting is open to representatives of print and electronic media, and registration for these persons is free of charge. It is expected that attending press representatives take advantage of this opportunity and report on items of interest to their readership. We ask that the Media respects the embargo times and dates on news stories. Abstracts will be posted online one week before the meeting starts and can be reported from that time forward. Upon agreement with the above information, the ENASCO Secretariat will be pleased to provide Media with the complimentary registration link. Please contact enasco@eortc.be. Publishers have the opportunity to book an exhibition space from 200 Euros per sqm. - Badges: Your name badge will be provided at the registration desk. All participants are requested to wear their badge throughout the meeting. Only badge holders will be admitted to the meeting. Security gards will verify badges at the entrance of the meeting rooms.
