Registration Policy

• Advanced registration and payment are required.
• Registration and corresponding payment should be received before the deadline of 1 November 2007.
• For on-line payments (Credit Cards) a confirmation of your participation will be issued automatically. You are kindly requested to print out the on-line message confirming your payment for your records.
• For bank payments a confirmation of your participation will be sent to you by regular mail upon receipt of your complete registration data and payment.
• Registration forms submitted without full payment will not be processed.
• Fees are net of bank and exchange charges.
• The registration fee includes the coffee breaks and the meeting lunches.
• A conference diner will be held at 19.30 on Friday 16 November 2007. A contribution of 50 Euros is requested for the dinner.
  
• The registration fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

TUTORIAL Sessions:
Restricted sessions to 20 young oncologists/scientists under 40 years old (15 EU and 5 US).

MAIN Meeting * :
- For payment received BEFORE 1 August 2007 (early rate): 600€
- For payment received between 1 August & 1 November 2007 (late rate): 725€

Pharmaceutical Industry Representatives

TUTORIAL Sessions ** : 1500€
As the number of places is limited (30 participants), registration to the Tutorial sessions will be done on a "first come first served" basis

MAIN Meeting * :
- For payment received BEFORE 1 August 2007 (early rate): 900€
- For payment received between 1 August & 1 November 2007 (late rate): 1150€

* Registration fees include all taxes.
** This transaction is exempted according to Article 44, §2, 4° of the Belgian VAT Code in connection with educational services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & refund requests has to be either faxed (+32-2-7726233) or e-mailed to the meeting secretariat (enasco2007@eortc.be). Cancellations made before 30 September 2007 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made by bank transfer after the meeting.
