Tutorial (14-15 November 2007)

We are pleased to announce the tutorial sessions for industry representatives and for selected young oncologists/scientists on 14 and 15 November 2007, prior to the main meeting.

The tutorial is designed to address critical issues industry must consider as they make decisions regarding development of new tools to aid clinical decision-making for patients with cancer.  The tutorial will be spent problem-solving, and the didactic presentations will be focused on the issues raised in diagnostic challenges.

Participants will work in teams to put together development plans for assays that will aid clinical decisions in the areas of early detection and targeted therapies.  We expect this to be a thought-provoking and productive course for both faculty and participants.
