Thank you for your interest in the EORTC-NCI-ASCO Annual Meeting on Molecular Markers in Cancer (ENASCO), of October 2011.

Please note that registration for the ENASCO (Tutorial Sessions and Main Meeting) is now CLOSED.

Kindly note that the Tutorial is fully subscribed, and therefore no onsite registration will be possible.

However, we are pleased to inform you that the onsite registration for the Main Meeting will be available at the SQUARE - Brussels Meeting Centre (meeting venue), on Thursday 27 October 2011.

If you plan to make an onsite registration, please note that an "online" payment (Credit Cards, i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express) of your registration fee will be required when you arrive at the meeting venue.

The "late rate" will be applied (see: below).

Registration Policy

• Advanced registration and payment are required.
• Registration and corresponding payment should be received before the deadline of 10 October 2011.
• For on-line payments (Credit Cards) a confirmation of your registration request will be issued automatically. You are kindly requested to print out the on-line message for your records. The paid invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after verification of details.
• For bank payments a confirmation of your registration request will be issued automatically. You are kindly requested to print out the on-line message for your records. The paid invoice will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your payment.
• Registration forms submitted without full payment will not be processed.
• Fees are net of bank and exchange charges.
• The registration fee includes the coffee breaks and the meeting lunches.
• The registration fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

TUTORIAL Sessions

Academics: Restricted sessions to 25 selected Early Career Oncologists / Scientists (20 EU and 5 US). Industry representatives * : 1600€ As the number of places is limited (30 participants), registration for the Tutorial sessions will be done on a "first come first served" basis. * This transaction is exempted according to Article 44, §2 ,4° of the Belgian VAT Code in connection with educational services.

MAIN Meeting

Academics (≤ 35 years old ) ** : - For payment received BEFORE 1 August 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (early rate): 400€ - For payment received between 1 August & 10 October 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (late rate): 500€ Academics ( > 35 years old ) **: - For payment received BEFORE 1 August 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (early rate): 650€ - For payment received between 1 August & 10 October 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (late rate): 750€ Industry representatives & For profit organizations ** : - For payment received BEFORE 1 August 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (early rate): 1000€ - For payment received between 1 August & 10 October 2011, 10.00 AM Central European Summer time (late rate): 1200€ ** The meeting registration fees include all taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be faxed (+32-2-772 62 33) or e-mailed to Danielle Zimmermann (enasco@eortc.be). Cancellations made before 15 September 2011 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 September 2011. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the meeting.
