The European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) along with the National Cancer Institute (NCI) have jointly convened a series of annual meetings on the topic of molecular markers in cancer. The primary purposes of this series are to accelerate progress against cancer and improve international scientific collaboration between Europe and the United States in the rapidly advancing field of cancer markers. On behalf of the EORTC-NCI-ASCO Organizing Committee, we would like to invite companies to provide financial support for this important meeting.

We are proposing 4 levels of sponsorship:

Major Sponsor (25 000 Euros)
- Acknowledgment in the abstract book (if commitment is received before September 10, 2011) and on the conference website
- A one-page corporate advertisement of your company’s profile in the abstract / proceeding book of the conference
- 20 % reduction in the rental price of a booth
- Three complimentary registrations for the main meeting

Sponsor (20 000 Euros)
- Acknowledgment in the abstract book (if commitment is received before September 10, 2011) and on the conference website
- A one-page corporate advertisement of your company’s profile in the abstract / proceeding book of the conference
- 10 % reduction in the rental price of a booth
- Two complimentary registrations for the main meeting

Contributor (15 000 Euros)
- Acknowledgment in the abstract book (if commitment is received before September 10, 2011) and on the conference website
- A one-page corporate advertisement of your company’s profile in the abstract / proceeding book of the conference
- One complimentary registration for the main meeting

Supporter (10 000 Euros)
- Acknowledgment in the abstract book (if commitment is received before September 10, 2011) and on the conference website

Independent of sponsorship level, companies have the opportunity to book an exhibition space. This will be a great opportunity for exhibitors to display their new drugs, services and activities, equipment and techniques.

Exhibitors can rent a 6 sqm or a 12 sqm booth.

EORTC-NCI-ASCO 2011 offers exhibitors the following rates for rental of exhibition space:

• 500 euros for pharmaceutical companies per square meter
• 200 euros for medical publishers per square meter
• 120 euros for medical societies per square meter

The rental rate for exhibition space covers floor space ONLY (i.e., not the construction of a modular stand or any other facilities or services). All rates are excluding VAT.

Procedure:

1. Fill in the Exhibition Application Form (download it here) and return it to ENASCO@eortc.be
2. Applications will be take into account on a first come, first served basis regarding the choice of booth location
3. Carefully read the exhibitor manual (click here to download it). It will contain additional information for all exhibition booking (furniture, services, facilities, etc) which is handled by the company “GL Events” (contact person: Monique Winnen - Tel: +32 2 515 13 99 - Fax: +32 2 479 47 37 - exhibitorbook@square-brussels.com)
4. Exhibitor(s) can have access to the exhibition hall only. Individuals wishing to attend the scientific sessions must register via the general registration process.

Confirmation of your booth booking will be taken into account only upon receipt of your commitment and payment.
