Translational Research
There is a dearth of Translational Research in these rare diseases due to the small number of clinical trials that have been conducted in a limited patient population.
The EORTC EnTF will be the ideal platform from which to embark on translational research in these rare tumors. Two researchers for each of the disease areas, thyroid and adrenal, have been identified:
- Thyroid - Jacques Dumont, Brussels, Belgium
- Adrenal - Felix Beuschlein, Munich, Germany
